Information Accuracy

- Definite

- Almost Definite

- Dubious

- Not checked yet

I want this site to be as accurate as possible, but often I have information which would be useful, even though it isn't very accurate, either because I haven't seen the film and can't if the info is true, or because I can't find the exact location. So I decided to introduce an accuracy rating, so that you are aware of to what extent the info can be trusted.

- Definite

These are locations which I know are definitely correct, either because I've been there, or I've compared the screenshot to Google Streetview, or there are photos on the location's official website, or similar. Or possibly because the information came from a very reliable source, such as the director's commentary on the DVD, or the production notes.

- Almost Definite

These are locations which I'm fairly sure are correct, but for whatever reason, I can't check 100% - such as scenes shot indoors where I have no reference photos. Or information which I know to be true, but I can't pinpoint the location - such as scenes shot in forests. Basically, I'm confident the information is true, but can't be 100% definite.

- Dubious

This is information which has come from an unreliable source, such as a random website, or a reader contribution, or the internet movie database. It's still information which I think may well be true, but I've either not checked it myself or it's not accurate enough. If I didn't think it could be true, it wouldn't be included at all.

- Not checked

This is information I've not checked. The accuracy ratings were introduced very recently, and new info I add to the site will be given one of the three classifications above. This category is for old info which is already on the site and could belong to any of the other three categories, but I've not got round to classifying it yet.
